Return Policy:
the item has not been used;
The original packaging, seals, labels, and all components are intact;
no mechanical damage;
a valid document confirming the purchase.
Exchanging a Product
You can exchange the item for a similar one or a different one, with a price adjustment. If the item you want is not available, a refund is possible.
Refunds
After the goods are received and inspected, the funds will be refunded within the time period established by law to the bank card or account used for payment.
Important:
The buyer is responsible for shipping costs when returning goods that are in good condition.
In the event of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will reimburse the shipping costs.
The list of items that cannot be exchanged or returned is determined by the current laws of Ukraine.
