Harris Bipod S-BRM-MLOK. 15.2–22.9 cm. Articulated base. Harris Bipod’s spring-loaded legs are known worldwide, first and foremost for their simplicity and reliability, as well as their light weight, which is achieved through a combination of hardened steel and lightweight aluminum alloy. The bipod mounts directly onto the carbine’s sling swivel. It’s worth noting that using the sling swivel as a mounting point for the bipod does not prevent the use of a sling, as there is a dedicated mounting point for it at the base of the bipod. By default, adjustment screws are used to change the height of the bipod, but models marked with an “M” have special notches on the legs and are additionally spring-loaded. When the button is pressed, the leg extends to its maximum height. The “S” series bipods are equipped with a hinged base that features a special tension mechanism to eliminate wobble during aiming. The base itself ensures “horizontal leveling” along the carbine’s axis to adapt to uneven surfaces. This model is made of a durable steel alloy, and the leg tips are made of rubber. The bipods are compatible with AR-10/AR-15-based carbines and others featuring a chassis with an M-LOK mounting interface.
