Armox 600T 5 mm. 3.15 kg. Class 4 armor plate. This set of protective plates made of ultra-hard Swedish steel represents a modern and sophisticated solution for personal safety. It does not require the installation of an additional shock absorber or fragment catcher. It undergoes two stages of ballistic testing: 1. Three shots to the chest with a 5.45×39 mm (7N10) bullet with a pointed tip, with a non-heat-treated steel core in a steel jacket (bullet velocity 910±15 m/s) from a distance of 10±0.5 m. The bullet weighs 3.6 g. 2. Three shots to the back with an LP-type bullet (57-N-323s) 7.62×54R mm rifle cartridge, with a non-heat-treated steel core in a steel jacket (bullet velocity 850±15 m/s) fired from a distance of 10±0.5 m. The bullet weighs 9.6 g. Test reports are available upon request. Material: 5 mm Armox 600 ballistic felt for fragment retention. Rubber damper to reduce collateral damage.
