The use of composite materials ensures optimal weight balance. The upper receiver is made of 6061 T6 aluminum alloy. The integrated 1913 MIL-STD Picatinny rail allows for the mounting of various optical devices. The lower receiver is made of a reinforced polymer composite to improve ease of use and reduce weight. Quick and easy assembly is achieved with a single push-button latch, requiring no tools. It is available in two configurations: KPOS Scout and KPOS Scout Advanced. The KPOS Scout configuration includes: – a folding stock with a rubberized butt plate; – a folding carrying handle that does not interfere with shooting when folded and is equipped with a trigger guard lock; – a quick-detachable SLS QD sling swivel; – a single-point tactical sling.
